Romantic setting, great river view. Service has been very pleasant the two or three times we've been here for dinner. The food is better than average, but I don't think it's great, especially for the price. The side dishes, though, are excellent and generous. Desserts are rich and good. I imagine someone from Chicago or such would not find Kahill's expensive, but for Sioux City, it is! Service not as good, nor food as expensive at lunch when there is a smaller, somewhat boring menu. Still has a great view of the Missouri River, though! Fuji Bay Japanese restuarant on 6th Street is our favorite.We like Kahill's, but don't love it.

This has to be one of the classiest places in Sioux City to dine out at. It may be expensive, but the desserts are to die for! Overlooking the river is a great view as well.
